Children's Heart Foundation organizes “Heart to Heart Charity Challenge” in 2020. The “Heart to Heart Charity Challenge” aims to encourage participants to take action to support the development of children with congenital heart disease (CHD) through direct donations and interactive games, and to raise the community's awareness of heart health.
The “Heart to Heart Challenge” encourages participants to walk 5 kilometers or complete a 25-minute or more workout with their family or friends on a route of their choice, and then take a 1- to 2-minute video to introduce a heart-healthy workout to the public, and then upload the photo/video to their personal Facebook/Instagram.
