The Foundation sponsors research related to the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric heart disease, promoting advancements in the treatment of congenital heart disease. In recent years, the Foundation has sponsored the pilot project "Hereditary Cardiovascular Disease and Sudden Cardiac Death in Hong Kong Children: Genetic Testing and Family Screening", introducing the latest "Whole Gene Sequencing" project to effectively identify hidden patients with hereditary cardiovascular disease and provide early treatment. The Foundation will continue to support the development of treatment for congenital heart disease with the goal of increasing patient survival and improving outcomes.
