The CHF has received full support from The Cardiology Centre, Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine at the Hong Kong Children's Hospital. Through the dedication and compassion of healthcare professionals, parents, and social workers, there is a close collaboration to serve children with heart conditions.
